Delete Your Twidii Account
This page explains how to delete your Twidii account and what data is removed.
Delete your account from within the app
- Open the Twidii app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.
If you've uninstalled the app
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us at
twidiiapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile information (name, email, user ID)
- Your posts and uploaded media
- Your comments and interactions
- Your notifications
- Your connected social-account credentials stored for cross-posting
Content you have already cross-posted to third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,
YouTube, or LinkedIn) is controlled by those platforms. To remove it there, please delete it directly
on each platform or manage it through that platform's own settings.
Data retention
Account and profile data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. Some information may be retained for a
limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
